Judge Rules Donthe Will Stand Trial

As everyone has heard by now, the Judge has ruled that Donthe will stand trial for the 1st Degree Murder of Kelsie Schelling. It has taken us over 5 years to get to this point. We still have a long road ahead of us and it will not be an easy one.

The family of Kelsie thanks you for any support you have given. Whether it be a prayer, sharing posts on fb, searching or physically being in the courtroom with us, we thank you so much.

August 28 is set for Donthe's arraignment, when he will enter his plea of guilty or not guilty. His right to a speedy trial should take place within 6 months after he enters his plea. He also has the right to waive his right to a speedy trial, which could drag things out much longer.

With your help we can see this through to the end and get justice for Kelsie and baby K.
